Hilldale Attends Region FCCLA STAR Events
Launch the media gallery 1 playerOn Tuesday, February 3rd, five young ladies traveled to Vinita to compete in the Region FCCLA STAR Events. Jazmine Gulley competed in Cake Decorating, Senior Division; Bailee Chapman received 3rd place honors in Cake Decorating, Junior Division; and Whitney Hurd, Ana Paige, and Alex White won first place in Focus on the Children, Junior Division. These three young ladies have been volunteering their time to tutor children in the Latchkey program at the elementary. They presented their project to a panel of judges for the competition. They will advance to the State STAR Events competition in Stillwater on Thursday, March 27th.
