Middle School Students Attend Regional Science Fair
Hilldale Middle School Students attended the Regional Science Fair on February 10-11, 2015 at the Muskogee Civic Center. Students were chosen to attend based on the results from the Hilldale Middle School Science Fair. Students chosen to attend included 7th graders Macy Jones, Jodie Phipps, Hailey Miller, Alyk Keefe, Niky Harper, Makayla Williams, Rylee Keefe, Kylie Gant, and Auburn Fletcher, and 8th graders Madison Carlton, Devin Conaway, Jonah Fabian, Levi Gassaway, Brookelyn Gilmore, Mattie Hurlburt, Jake Salmon, Haley Sherbourne, Madison Stephens, Latham Weaver, Gavin White, and Lauren Woodall.
Several students received top honors!
Botany: Macy Jones, 1st place
Chemistry: Jake Salmon, Honorable Mention; Haley Sherbourne, Honorable Mention
Earth & Space Science: Jonah Fabian, 1st place; Rylee Keefe, Honorable Mention
Engineering: Mattie Hurlburt, 2nd place
Environmental Science: Latham Weaver, 1st place
Math/Computers: Devin Conaway, 1st place
Physics: Alyk Keefe, 2nd place; Kylie Gant, Honorable Mention
