Cherokee Nation Offers Flu Shots (UPDATED)

The Cherokee Nation will be giving flu shots for all Hilldale staff, students, and families starting at 9:00 a.m. each day. Shots will be given each day until supplies run out.

October 7th - Elementary

October 8th - High School

 

Please fill out the appropriate forms and bring them with you to receive your flu shot:
