Flu Shots Available
Launch the media gallery 1 playerCherokee Nation will be providing flu shots for Hilldale employees, students and families. Flu shots will be administered on October 18, 2017. Shots will be available at the elementary from 8:45 a.m. to noon. Shots will be available at the MS/HS from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Forms must be completed in their entirety or vaccine will not be given.
Due to new regulations of the Affordable Care Act, if you have insurance it will be billed for reimbursement; however, there is no out-of-pocket expense.
