Middle School English Summer Extra Credit

To qualify, read any of the 2019 Sequoyah books over the summer, and pass the corresponding AR test by August 31, 2018.
The middle school will hold the Sequoyah Smackdown contest next school year, and to be considered a voter, you must read at least 3 Sequoyah books and pass the AR tests. The contest ends March 2019, so get a head start NOW!
If you pass your test by August 31, you can earn:
25 points for 1 book
50 points for 2 books
100 points for 3 books
The Sequoyah Intermediate book list is available to download here. Students can get a head start by checking them out from the public library, purchasing them, or reading them digitally (e-books). The Muskogee Public Library has an e-book system to check out books on your phone or device with only your library card number. Try it out!
