In honor of the life and legacy of Priscilla Frix

 

Awarded to Hilldale High School Student(s) who are determined, despite obstacles, to pursue education.

 

Deadline: April 24, 2020.

Must be post-marked by this date.

 

Eligible: Hilldale High School Seniors planning to pursue higher education.

1. Essay – one to two pages describing a challenging situation (or situations) you overcame. Describe in detail how you were successful.

 

2. References – two reference letters. Please do not include references from related parties.

 

3. Transcript – one copy of high school transcript.

 

4. Resume – one copy of resume detailing high school activities and accomplishments.
