The Superintendent's Student Advisory Council includes students in grades 9-12. The Council meets several times each year to discuss issues related to our school. The 4th grade HEP students were recently named runner-up in their division for the state Humanities competition sponsored by the Oklahoma Association for Academic Competition. The OAAC assigned focus period was Impressionism which proved to be a big hit! Positive attitudes and teamwork made for the successful completion of a task well done while opening a door into a wonderful new world. Way to go 4th graders!
Dear Parents/Guardians of future 7th Grade Students, This letter is to remind parents/guardians that the Oklahoma State Board of Health added a new vaccine requirement for seventh grade students. Beginning in the fall 2011 school semester, all seventh grade students must show proof of having received one dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) vaccine before attendance is allowed.
