Hilldale Public School is participating in the Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment (OPNA) and the Oklahoma School Safety Survey.  This survey is completely voluntary and confidential.  All students will remain anonymous. The School Climate survey will be given at the Elementary grades 2^nd -5^th and the OPNA survey will be given at the Middle School and High School grades 6^th, 8^th, 10^th, and 12^th on February 18, 2020.  If you have any questions about the survey principals have a copy of the questions in their office.
