Good Evening,
Continuous Learning Plan – Students should have received assignments for the remainder of the school year, which ends May 8th. If you have not received your assignments please contact your school site.
Returning work – Please take pictures and email, text, or dojo to staff when assignments are complete. Staff emails are on our website. If you have questions or need help please contact your school site so we can assist you.
Graduation and Prom – Graduation in scheduled for July 3rd at 8:30 pm – Hilldale Football Field Prom will be held if CDC guidance is lifted. The date will be announced soon.
Child Nutrition - The menu for next week is:
- Monday – Pulled Pork Sandwich
- Tuesday – Chicken Nuggets
- Wednesday – Mac & Cheese
- Thursday – Pork Roast & Potatoes
- Friday – Hornet Burger
New Student Enrollment - Forms for new student enrollment are online at our website or can be mailed to you. Please contact us at 918-683-0273 ex. 262 or email jbane@hilldaleps.org or ckirkhart@hilldaleps.org
Transfer Students - Requests for transfers for next year are due by May 8. Please let anyone know who is interested in attending Hilldale next year to get those forms in. They are located online on our website or contact us at 918-683-0273.
Pre-Enrollment (class schedules 2020-2021) for current students – Monday, April 20, we will release a powerpoint on our website for students and parents to follow so they can pre-enroll/schedule classes for next year 2020-2021. Our website is hilldale.k12.ok.us. Many students have done pre-enrollment/class schedules before at school. The process is the same. If you have questions, please contact our school counselors. Counselors and administrators will be available for help starting Monday, April 20, from 8 am-11 am and 12 pm-3 pm.
