Good Evening,

Graduation and Prom - We will continue with Graduation on July 3, 2020 at 8:30pm at Hilldale Football Field. PROM - will take place on June 26, 2020 at Hilldale Event Center from 7pm to 10pm. Students and their pre-approved date will be allowed, but no other outside guests or parents.

Scholarships - If you received a scholarship, please notify Mr. Nixon; jnixon@hilldaleps.org

Yearbooks – Yearbooks are not scheduled to arrive until May 29, 2020. We will get those handed out as soon as they arrive.

Pre- K, KG, and Head Start round-up - Wednesday, May 20, 2020, we will have our second round-up for Pre-K, kindergarten, and head start. We need you to come and bring information so we can reserve you a spot. Information need: birth certificate, shot records, parents’ drivers license, enrollment packet, one proof of residence (utility bill) or Open Transfer Request. Enrollment packet and open transfer paperwork can be found at: www.hilldale.k12.ok.us. Resident students must enroll to secure your spot at Pre-K as space is limited.

New Student Enrollment (RESIDENTS) - Forms for new student enrollment are online at our website or can be mailed to you. Please contact us at 918-683-0273 ex. 262 or email jbane@hilldaleps.org or ckirkhart@hilldaleps.org

Transfer Students (NON-RESIDENTS) - Requests for transfer for next year are due by May 31. Transfer requests after May 31, 2020 may be denied. Please let anyone know who is interested in attending Hilldale next year to get those forms in. They are located online on our website or contact us at 918-683-0273.

Pre-Enrollment(class schedules 2020-2021)for current students – Monday, April 20 we released a power point on our website for students and parents to follow so they can pre-enroll/schedule classes for next year 2020-2021. Our website is www.hilldale.k12.ok.us. Many students have done pre-enrollment/class schedules before at school. The process is the same. If you have questions, please contact our school counselors. Counselors and administrators will be available for help starting Monday, April 20, from 8am-11am and 12pm to 3pm until May 15.
