Elementary Summer School

We are planning on offering a summer program starting Monday, July 13, and going through Thursday, July 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We will not attend on Fridays. This will be for students that were enrolled during the 2019-2020 school year as a 1st through 5th grader. We will be offering Reading and Math for 1st and 2nd graders and Art, STEAM, and Reading for 3rd through 5th graders. We will be having bus transportation, but it is not required, you may still drop off and pick up your students.
There will be a limited number of spots available.

We will put in place some guidelines in order to best protect the health and well-being of our students and staff members.
- Temperature checks for all staff and students will be conducted before they are allowed to get on the bus or enter the building. Those temperatures will be recorded daily and kept for record. Any student with a temperature registering 100.4 or above will be sent home.
- Hands must be washed or sanitized prior to entering the building.
- Staff will disinfect classrooms after each session.
- Classrooms will be cleaned at the end of each day.
- We will work to social distance according to size of classrooms and number of students, limiting number of people in one small area.
- Staff will ensure adequate supplies to minimize sharing of high touch materials to the extent possible. (Assigning each student to their own art supplies, Legos, equipment) or limit the use of supplies and equipment by one group of children at a time and clean and disinfect between uses.
- Only Hilldale students and staff may enter the building.
