3/19/2021 Update
State Testing- State testing is required this year by the Oklahoma State Department of Education. For in-person students this will take place as usual, but for our virtual students we will set dates for you to come to school in-person for testing. More information on those dates will come out soon.
Summer School – Hilldale will have a full day summer school from May 24 through June 17. This summer students currently in PK-12 may attend. Summer school will start at 8:30 am and end at 3:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be served for free to all students. Transportation will be provided for all students in-district. Parents can drop off starting at 7:45 am and pick up at 3:00 pm. All students (PK-12) will attend at our elementary school. We will separate students by grade levels. Sign-ups will begin soon.
We will have a full day focused on reading and math, with specials in art, STEAM, physical education. On Thursday afternoons, we will plan fun activities for students, such as bowling, movies, etc.
Hilldale Virtual School - next year will be the third year to have a full virtual school. We will serve students from PK-12 next year. IF you are a current student at Hilldale and plan to attend virtually we will have a process for your parent/guardian to complete an application for admission for next year, and that process will be announced soon. We will have full-time Hilldale staff that will work just with virtual students.
Pre-K – Enrollment will be March 23 from 1-6 pm and March 25 from 8:30-11 am and 12:30-3:00 pm.
IF you have symptoms please stay home - If your child is showing symptoms of COVID( fever, loss of smell or taste, fatigue, shortness of breath, diarrhea, vomiting), has been exposed to someone who is positive, or has been tested for COVID please stay at home until symptom free for 24 hours without medicine or have received a negative test result
Virtual Parents - You need to login to your student(s) account and make sure they are completing assignments. Also, just because an assignment is complete doesn’t mean the assignment is a 100% or an “A”, answers must be correct. You can access your student(s) grades on parent parental or your child’s login
