Mr. Carney has a Bachelors of Arts in Middle Grades Social Studies and K-12 Special Education with emphasis in Adaptive Physical Education. He received his degree from York College in York, Nebraska.
Mr. Carney is married to Jordan. They have three children, James, Mason, and Tessa.
