Special Notes:
***Please put your child's name on their coat/jacket/hoodie, lunchbox, and backpack, etc. So many items get lost and if their name is on the items, it is most likely found and returned.
***If you would like to donate snack to our class, that would be great, but completely optional. We have 22 students. Snacks must be store bought. They do not need to be individually wrapped. Examples are: Whales, Goldfish, Fruit Loops, pretzels, Cheese balls, Puffcorn, Teddy Grahams, cookies, graham crackers, cheese crackers, fruit chews, animal crackers, etc.
***Feel free to send a reusable or disposable water bottle with your child's name on it to school.
***Folders need to be returned each day. Please keep the newsletter and sight word papers in the plastic sleeves. Thank you!
***Free Book Pick on Fridays: Each Friday, I pick two names out of a "box". These students get to pick a book from the book box to keep forever and ever. They love when their name is picked. Once everyone has been picked, we will start all over.
***All About Me Posters-I have "All About Me' pre-made posters that just need to be filled out. This is a great way for the class to get to know each other. Your child may help fill them out or you may do the writing and let them color if they want-completely your choice. I will be sending them home this week. No rush to get them back. We will do one a week for 22 weeks until everyone has had their turn. The poster will hang in our class the entire week when it is their turn. Then, the poster will be sent home for you to keep. Thank you for your help in this project!
