January Employees of the Month
- Krysti Nail – Upper Elementary Teacher
- She cares about her students and challenges them to do their best. Always on top of things!
- I admire her organization and ability to help others while she maintains her own classroom.
- Mrs. Nail is a truly dedicated teacher and I can only hope that my children will have the privilege of being her student.
- Her openness and humor have helped and she never minds sharing what she has learned with others.
- Donna Barber – Child Nutrition Manager
- I’m sure it’s one of the most unappreciated jobs in the district, but every child who wants one gets a hot meal every day. No small feat!
- She is always willing to go out of her way to help! No matter what the event is for. Thank you Donna for all you do!
- She sets high expectations for her staff and works diligently to prepare a menu that kids will enjoy something to eat.
- Donna does an amazing job making three cafeterias run and provide meals – making meals that are tasty and meet standards.
February Employees of the Month
- Patti McAllister – Middle School FACS Teacher
- She always has a smile on her face. She is willing to go above and beyond to be helpful and assist wherever there is a need.
- Mrs. McAllister finds a way to include all learners in her classroom, with fun and educational labs, learning important life skills.
- She is very welcoming to others and helps others to feel like they are a valued part of a team.
- She displays a lot of patience working with those kids in the kitchen and they love the opportunity to cook and bring in recipes to try out.
- Michelle Stephens – Middle School Secretary
- Michelle is the best! She keeps us informed and greets everyone with a smile. Absolutely wonderful!
- She is so patient, a one woman office and handles it all with a smile!
- She is a very dependable person, constant hard work, pleasant, great asset to the district.
- Michelle is the first face most everyone that enters the middle school sees and she always has a smile to greet them. She always has a positive attitude and is always willing to help.
