2021 Application
The Democratic Women of Muskogee County will be presenting the JoBeth Michele Haley Memorial Scholarships for 2021 graduating seniors from Muskogee County who meet the criteria below.
- Must be a 2021graduating high school female senior from a Muskogee County School and attend college (institution of higher education) the Fall semester of 2021.
- Must be a resident of Muskogee County.
- Must have a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.0.
- Must type a one-page essay (350-400 words) about what Democratic Platform issues concern you the most, and how you are or plan to become active to help bring about change. It should also include why you have chosen to be a Democrat.
- If 18 years of age, must be a registered Democrat prior to submitting application.
- If student is not 18, one parent must currently be a registered as a Democrat.
