July 23 Update

Good Evening,

Summer School - Today we finished our in-person summer school.  I want to thank our staff, students, and families for making it a big success!

Chromebook deployment – We will begin the process of deploying Chromebooks to our middle and high school students as follows: 8:00 A.M. to Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at each site

Monday: 12th grade and 8th grade
Tuesday: 11th grade and 7th grade
Wednesday: 10th grade and 6th grade
Thursday: 9th grade

Deployment will be curbside and a parent or guardian must be present.  Please remain in your vehicle and staff will come to you.  There is a $25.00 lease fee and parent acknowledgement page needed for each student.  The parent acknowledgement letter is attached.  (Click here for letter)

JOM Supplies - High school and middle school JOM supplies will be passed out during Chromebook deployment.  Elementary supplies will be passed out to students the first day of school to students in class.  If you are a new student, please make sure all paperwork has been turned into our enrollment center and supplies will be distributed.

Parents Education Option – Virtual or Traditional - While we respect each family’s choice between virtual and traditional, we need to know ASAP.  Therefore, parents/families must inform their site principals by next Thursday, July 30, 2020 of their choice.  We are scheduling meetings with each family to go over virtual learning procedures and questions about virtual learning.  We will then work to reschedule all students in traditional learning, the week of August 3-7.
