Surplus Sale

Hilldale Public Schools' surplus sale begins on March 22. The sale ends on April 1. You may print the surplus listing or pick up a copy at the Administration office, 313 E. Peak Blvd. Items may be viewed by making an appointment with Ed Coachman at 918-683-0273 ext. 226 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids will be opened on April 2 at 9:00 a.m. Only winners will be notified. All items must be picked up by appointment only, no later than April 9, 2021. Only checks or exact amount of cash will be accepted.
STAFF: If you are interested in items that you need for your classroom, please be sure to contact Ed Coachman to remove the item from surplus and make arrangements to bring to your room. You only need to pay if you will be using for personal use outside of your building.
