May 12 Update

Chromebook and Hot Spot Collection - We have started collecting chromebooks and hot spots.  All devices for in-person and virtual students are due by Friday, May 21, 2021. Parents/Guardians are responsible for any devices not returned or damaged.

 

Transfers – If you are a current family that has moved out of Hilldale District, you must apply for an open transfer. May 31 is the last day for open transfers for next school year. Paperwork can be found online or contact the enrollment center.  jbane@hilldaleps.org 

 

Enrollment – All students, current and new, need to enroll for next school year. Enrollment is done online and please contact:  triddle@hilldaleps.org, amccoy@hilldaleps.org, or jbane@hilldaleps.org for assistance.  It you are a resident and have moved out of Hilldale School District please apply for an Open Transfer by May 31 or your child(ren) may not be able to attend next school year. If you were virtual last year or went to a different school, you must re-enroll even if you are  a resident.     

 

Summer School – Hilldale will have a full day summer school from May 24 through June 17 – Monday–Thursday. Summer school will start at 8:30am and end at 3:00 pm.  Breakfast and lunch will be served for free to all students. Transportation will be provided for all students in-district. Parents can drop off starting at 7:45 am and pick up at 3:00 pm.

 

Hilldale Virtual School - next year will be the third year to have a full virtual school. If you plan to send your child(ren) to Hilldale Virtual School please email Amber Horn for information. ahorn@hilldaleps.org

         

IF you have symptoms please stay home - If your child is showing symptoms of COVID (fever, loss of smell or taste, fatigue, shortness of breath, diarrhea, vomiting), has been exposed to someone who is positive, or has been tested for COVID, please stay at home until symptom free for 24 hours without medicine or have received a negative test result
