Child Find is a component of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and is an ongoing process of locating, identifying and evaluating children between ages 0 and 21 who may need special education and related services. “All children with disabilities residing in the Hilldale Public School District, whether attending public or private school should be identified, located, and evaluated.” This service is provided to children with disabilities free of charge.
