Award:
One (1) non-renewable scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 will be awarded to a (1) person selected by Crossroads Insurance Recovery Advocates, LLC.
Eligibility:
Must attend college for the 2021-2022 school year.
Application:
Please submit the following documents: (1) essay as outlined below, (2) one reference from a professor or teacher, (3) proof of enrollment to a college/university, (4) resume’ of applicant.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Essay, reference, and resume’ must be typed.
ESSAY REQUIREMENTS:
500-700 words – Double spaced – 12 point – Times New Roman font – 1-1.5” margins (top, bottom, and side) – PDF format
Write an essay on the following topic:
A time you’ve overcome difficulties in your life.
Please submit the completed application below no later than April 18th, 2022. The application may be submitted through the completion of this form. The winner will be announced May 1st, 2022.
