Pat Tillman Foundation Scholarship

The Pat Tillman Foundation identifies remarkable military service members, veterans and spouses, empowering them with academic scholarships, lifelong leadership development opportunities and a diverse, global community of high-performing mentors and peers. Our scholars are making an impact as they lead through action in the fields of healthcare, business, public service, STEM, education and the humanities.

Award Amount: $10,000

Allied.com Military Scholarship Competition

At Allied Van Lines, we believe that educational advancement is paramount in improving the lives of individuals from all walks of life—from young adults recently graduating from high school, to career adults seeking continued education for the improvement of their portfolio, a quality education is always the first and most important step in raising the bar for one’s life in many more ways than one. To apply for this scholarship, submit a brief essay of between 400- 800 words, detailing why a career in logistics/supply chain management is your college major of choice. A personalized tone, referencing sincere firsthand experience and sentiment, is best—no need to be too formal. We want to know why you truly believe in logistics as the best career path for you.

Applicants must be:

  • U.S. Citizen (or permanent resident).
  • Enrolled (or enrolling) as full-time student of accredited college/university within the United States for completion of undergraduate degree in Logistics or equivalent field.

Applicants must also be one of the following below:

  1. An honorably discharged veteran or current member of the active military (including National Guard and Reserves).
  2. A spouse of a current military service member or honorably discharged veteran.
  3. A child (under age 21 or full-time student under age 23) of a current military service member or honorably discharged veteran.

Award Amount: Two $1,000
Deadline Date: December 15, 2022

Army Women's Foundation Legacy Scholarship

The Army Women’s Foundation Legacy Scholarship Program provides grants to women soldiers, past and present, and their lineal descendants to help them attain their educational goals. The AWF Legacy Scholarship Program offers financial support in four areas: Certificate Programs, Community College coursework, Undergraduate Degrees, and Graduate Degrees. Scholarships are awarded only for coursework from accredited institutions. Scholarships are based on merit, academic potential, personal essay, community service, letters of recommendation, and financial need.

Award Amount: $1,000- $3,000

Deadline: January 21, 2023

Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund

The Freedom Alliance Scholarship serves to honor the sons and daughters of military heroes. Applicants must be a dependent child of a U.S. Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Guardsman or Marine who was killed or permanently disabled in a combat mission or training accident. Additionally, students must be under the age of 26 at the time of application. Recipients can apply to renew the scholarship for up to three years, provided that the student is enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student with a GPA of at least 2.0.
